This Digital Freedom Premium Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Digital Freedom (“DF”), a private venue operated within the Sovran Private Society, and the individual Member (“Member”), effective as of the date the Member accepts this Agreement.

This Agreement supplements and incorporates by reference the Digital Freedom Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Program Notices, and the Sovran Private Society’s Articles of Association. Card services, stablecoin settlement, and legal jurisdiction are administered exclusively by Sovran under Indigenous Jurisdiction.

By subscribing to Premium Membership, the Member affirms their standing as Stans Ut Sui Juris, acts in their private natural capacity, and consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sovran Private Society and its adjudicative forum, the Court of the People. All activities are governed by Sovran Law, including all declarations and instruments governing the Private Venue. In case of conflict, this Agreement controls for all matters specific to Digital Freedom Premium Membership.

• Premium Access to DF Credit Rewards and Referral Matching (DFMC)
• Integration Access for Sovran-issued Digital Prepaid Cards (see Section 4)
• Bonus DFMC credits and DF-related distributions, as posted in Program Notices

2. Membership Fees and Payment Terms

2.1 Membership Options

Premium Membership includes a $99 one-time fee and recurring subscription options:

• $8.95 per month
• $98.45 per year (1 month free)
• $187.95 every two years (3 months free)

Fees are deducted automatically from the Member’s DF account using Sovran Stablecoin (SAU).

2.2 Sufficient Funds and Grace Period

The Member must maintain sufficient Sovran Stablecoin (SAU) balance in their DF account. Insufficient funds may result in service suspension or downgrade to Basic Membership.

3. Referral Program & Sponsorships

• 15% referral match on eligible DFR sales
• 5% referral match on second-tier referrals (DFR only)
• Premium Referrals on Membership: 50% of $99 one-time fee, 25% of monthly fee
• Merchant Referral Earnings: 0.25% of referred merchant processing fees (lifetime)

All referral rewards are credited in DFMC and follow the mechanics outlined in the DFC Agreement and posted Program Notices.

4. Sovran-Issued Prepaid Cards (Gift & Debit)

As a DF Premium Member, you gain access to Sovran-issued prepaid cards, available in two forms: (i) virtual gift cards and (ii) full-feature prepaid debit cards (virtual and physical). These cards are issued by Sovran under private authority and governed by Sovran Law. Digital Freedom serves only as the access interface for Members within the Private Venue.

4.1 Virtual Gift Cards

• Purpose: Simple, loadable virtual cards designed for personal purchases.
• Limit: $1,000 CAD per card. A new card is issued for every additional $1,000 CAD increment.
• Funding: Cards must be loaded using Sovran Stablecoin (SAU) from your DF account balance.
• Fees: 1.5% of the load amount plus $1.50 USD per card load.
• Reloads: A new virtual card is issued per $1,000 CAD increment—reloads are not added to existing cards.

4.2 Full-Feature Prepaid Debit Cards (Physical & Virtual)

• Purpose: Broader financial utility, including physical card delivery and multi-purpose usage.
• Availability: Available to DF Premium Members upon rollout, subject to eligibility and Sovran approval.
• Fees: Fee structures (load fees, ATM usage, replacement fees, etc.) will be posted in the DF Member Portal at launch.
• Governance: These cards are issued and governed solely by Sovran; DF does not determine or modify the fee schedule.

4.3 Cardholder Terms

• All cards are non-transferable and must be used only by the verified Member to whom they are issued.
• Lost credentials must be reported through DF Support; Sovran will manage reissuance, with applicable fees.
• Improper use, fraud, or violation of card terms may result in suspension or cancellation by Sovran.

Sovran reserves the right to update card rules, limits, or fee schedules at any time. Changes will be posted in the DF Member Portal as applicable. Digital Freedom does not issue or administer the cards but serves as the exclusive access venue for DF Members.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Members may cancel Premium Membership at any time via the DF Member Portal. No refunds are issued for unused periods or partial terms. Downgrades revert the account to Basic functionality.

6. Updates and Modifications

DF reserves the right, under Sovran Law, to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted in the DF Member Portal and become effective upon posting (or later date, if specified). Continued use of Premium Membership after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to DF Premium Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement and the documents it incorporates.
